The scope of your Services depends on your chosen plan (Free or Paid).
3. Free and Paid Plans
The Free Plan includes basic monitoring with limited features. Paid Plans offer advanced functionality such as shorter check intervals, more monitors, API access, custom domains, no ads, extended data retention, and removable branding.
4. User Accounts
Users must register an account to use PulseStats. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Users must be at least 16 years old to register and must provide accurate information.
5. Payment and Subscription
Paid plans are billed via PayPal, Stripe, or Mollie. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions.
6. Fair Use and Limitations
Plan-specific limits are described on the Plans & Pricing page. Abuse of the Services (e.g., excessive requests or disruption attempts) may result in suspension or termination.
7. Availability and Liability Disclaimer
PulseStats strives to provide accurate monitoring and timely notifications but does not guarantee 100% uptime or accuracy. We are not liable for any damages including financial loss, data loss, or reputational damage caused by outages or false alerts.
8. Data Protection & Privacy
PulseStats complies with the GDPR. We only process personal data necessary for account creation, billing, and services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology provided by PulseStats are the intellectual property of PulseStats. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
10. Support
Basic support is available via email. Priority support may be included depending on your subscription plan.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, exceed fair use, or engage in abuse.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany and the European Union (EU).
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify users via email or in-app notification before the new Terms take effect.
